We prefer PayPal, Venmo, Personal Checks, and/or Cash payments. We are now accepting credit card payments via Square. Please note due to new changes of tax law & auditing your quote will include taxes if payment is done by using Square/PayPal/Venmo.

Honestly, we are here for you. We will drive to you. You can ask for recommendations, and we will provide them. We can drive to the 4x4 area (Carova Beach) and all the way down to Hatteras Lighthouse. There is an additional fee added to your package to cover travel time.

* Please note if you wish for pictures in areas that have permit fees you are responsible for those fees, or it will be added to the total quoted package.

* Please note if you are in the 4x4 area driving to that area will depend on how the wind affects the ocean and weather permitting. We might need to reschedule if the weather is not suitable for safe drive to and from your location within the 4x4.

Let's be real at the beach the weather can change in minutes. We will work with you to reschedule the photo session. We will look at our schedule and offer several options for your choice.

**Remember having a list with specific poses you want for the occasion is always nice to have.**

Your pictures are important to us and we want them to be perfect before sending them out. After we conclude your shoot, your session falls into a running cue according to the calendar. We edit in order and the editing is a process that can take 4-8 weeks during the slow season and up to 8-14 weeks (longer for weddings or special events) during the busy season. Just know we take pride in our sessions and we work tirelessly to get your session completed. *If time allows we will try to send sneak peek. This is not a guarantee.*

Please provide advanced notice if you require specific shots for Christmas Cards, Invitations, Engagements or Announcements. We cannot guarantee specific time frames out of respect for all of our clients but will do our absolute best to provide you with the pictures you need for your special requests.

We have two options:
1. You will obtain the pictures via our online gallery website. A password created specific to your photoshoot will be provided with your link.
2.  We will mail a 16GB USB drive within a protective envelope with tracking number. We understand mail is a bit slow at times. We want you to be aware that Outer Banks is a bit slower, but 100% reliable.

A $120 non-refundable* retainer is required to hold your date in the calendar for our smaller sessions. A $200 to $600 (max is based on package) non-refundable* retainer is required to hold your date in the calendar for our larger sessions.
